Asm4pg example menu

Asm4pg is an automatic and reproducible genome assembly workflow designed for pangenomic applications using PacBio HiFi data. It utilizes Snakemake to orchestrate the assembly pipeline and generates a comprehensive HTML report summarizing key assembly statistics and quality metrics.
